    Member applies

    A member requests a higher tier from their dashboard and can add a comment for the admin.

  2. 2

    Admin approves

    The organization admin reviews the application in one place and approves or declines it.

  3. 3

    Invoice is issued

    For paid tiers, an invoice is created automatically with a 14-day payment term.

    Membership updates

    Once payment is confirmed, the new tier is activated. Free tiers activate right after approval.

The previous membership stays active until payment is confirmed — members never lose access mid-upgrade.
